.  CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS OF PLACEMENT.

DECORATION SPECIFICATIONS:

• All apparel is embroidered on the left chest with the Patriot FCU Logo unless there is a brand logo on the left.  We will embroider the logo on the right chest.
• The embroidery design will be sewn in the approved logo colors only.
• Jackets with pockets on the left chest may prohibit embroidery.  We will embroider the logo on the right chest.
• Accessories are embroidered as shown.
• Logos displayed on items are for visual representation only.  All embroidery will be sewn according to your company’s specifications in accordance with industry standards to fit properly on your item.

 

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE:

• We make every effort to produce and ship orders within two weeks of receiving the order. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

• If you order items that are discontinued or out of stock, we will notify you for further direction.  We reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING:

• Patriot Federal Credit Union's ordering cycle ends at the close of business every Wednesday.   All orders will be fulfilled within 7 to 10 business days after the close of business on Wednesday, assuming there is adequate stock available to reach the embroiderer in time to fulfill the order.  Patriot Federal Credit Union will be notified of  any changes to this schedule due to unforseen circumstances such as inclement  weather, limited stock or other unavoidable circumstances as soon as reasonably possible.
